As I said, if you want a Mod Menu: Code the UI in Java, as android apps are build on it. After that, you'll need to combine the menu with likely a c++ framework that can patch offsets.

Offsets have NOTHING to do with coding a mod menu.

This will mean me doing all the code & injection? No. You'll need to learn proper Java android development.
