Nope. You need iTunes to detect you phone first, so download iTunes, open it & plug your phone.

Jailbreak = . But if you install thousand of tweaks you can't expect to have no freezes. I would jailbreak for making hacks & have a customized theme, but that's it. Really depends whether it's wort it or not on your own usage
