Uninstall tsProtector if you have it.

Try iOS 9.3 SDK and extract it using iFile. Make sure you have necessary headers in your /theos/include folder also.

Have you added SpringBoard to your bundle id?

It's not that easy and I don't think it's free either. Usually costs ~100$

I remember getting this. Can't remember how I fixed it but I think I used some old headers? Or there's something wrong on how you implemented SettingsKit?

There's a 80% chance it has an iCloud connected to it. If you have the receipt when bought, take it to the Apple Store.
