What's the hack version and game version? -
1. In order to properly crack an app on iOS 9, it must be downloaded via iTunes on your PC. 2. You're loading ARM64 instead of ARMv7. That's because the app is sliced, only ARM64 appears when loading in IDA since your device is x64.
