It's still there but placed under the ··· called "Enterprise" but unfortunately it's rarely signed nowadays, hence why it's not such a front-facing option anymore.

I think you can merge another item into it or merge the producer into another item (can't remember the proper flow) using the merge any feature. That way it removes it but be careful.

Hello, You'd need to show or review the crash logs yourself as I don't think this is an App+ issue in itself but rather the custom IPA being used. Disabling the other options may help too and avoid changing bundle IDs if you can.

If your App+ is marked as expired abruptly, it's likely because there is something wrong with the payment you made on PayPal. Often times it is due to a dispute.
