I think there was a solution to this, or more like a bypass but I can't remember where I've seen it. You might want to search iOSGods a bit.

@@monmon12 You can restart 8 ball pool so you can play again by spoofing data using MGFaker or maybe there's a table for 8 ball pool in the keychains-2.db file which needs removing.

It's laggy for some reason. I let it load for 10 minutes, and when I want to play the video after, it plays for about 2 minutes (max) then starts buffering again.

I got stuck at 20% also and I did a restore then Jailbroke it. Once the Jailbreak finished, I restored the backup and now everything is fine. How long has it been? Is your Passcode lock and Find My iPhone/iPad turned off?

Fix Error -1101 (Stuck at 20%) If you get stuck at 20% during jailbreak process and end up getting error 1101, you need to install iTunes 12.1.2.
