I believe MLBB uses Game Center. So you can just login to a new Game Center and reinstall the app. -
Yes but considering not many people are using x32 nowadays and even Apple is moving away from it, it’s becoming more irrelevant.

Edit the IPA's Info.plist using any text editor, then place the new Info.plist inside the .IPA and try sideloading again. -

No, the iOS version in the filename usually either means it was cracked on that iOS version or the minimum iOS version the IPA can be installed on is 8.0. Which iOS version are you trying to install the IPA on? -
