What do you mean with "Weapons are still blocked"? Weapons cannot be purchased/upgraded for free, but they can be delivered for free. That's what the feature means.

The app got updated to v1.03 which made the hack outdated. So you'll need to downgrade to v1.02 before you're able to fully use it. I'll be able to update the hack after the next update since v1.03 of the app causes crashes on iOS 8 devices.
