You're setting it wrong. Read the command at the bottom of that tutorial topic.

Run Clutch -c and you will get asked where to place the cracked IPAs.

If it still needs time for it to prepare, give it 30 minutes. If it's not prepared, try quitting it and reopening after a reboot. Might be dangerous though. Good luck!

GamePlayer unlimited searching is a known bug really. You can try iGG and GameGem. Try Removing ASLR from the app also.
