Can't you go into safe mode?

If it works in Safe Mode then you should uninstall tweaks one by one to find out what's causing the crashes. You can also try out CrashReporter from Cydia. It might tell you what caused the crash.

Does it still crash if you enter Safe Mode also?

Thepiratebay has a lot of PS2 games. They're free. You can download their ISO and run them on emulators on PC or iOS and I think burning them to a DVD might work too? Not sure 100%. @@Arberlicous

Semi-restore preserves the Jailbreak and removes everything else. If you're on 8.1.3+, you will need to use Cydia Impactor to remove the Jailbreak without restoring then re-jailbreak again.
