First of all, do what Diversityy and MrPaton suggested. Log out of Game Center, reinstall the game and see if you're still banned.

So, the informations is stored on your keychains-2.db which you cannot access if you're not jailbroken from what I know. The only way would be to restore your device? Or clone the app. I believe that's possible if you're non-jailbroken.

So a quick and easy fix for your issue is to simply restore your iTunes Backup you made (assuming it's quite recently made) so you can get everything back.

Go into /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries and edit the GAMEHACKNAME.plist to add the bundle id or binary executable of the new cloned game.
