Yeah, doubt you'll be able to process the binary in IDA on your mobile. You can hex edit or text edit (for MSHook) the binary using iFile but I'm not sure how much help that is?

I don't think Windows has this feature. Even the previous Mac's don't have this feature. OSX Yosemite exclusive. No need to convert to hex. Switching to hex view a shows the hex codes. All you need to do is modify the hex and save the hex before you modified it & the hex you modified.
