Then the hack should work unless you have something else installed conflicting with it.

What happens when you hit cancel? Disable iAPCrazy or any other in app cracking tools before buying with LocalIAPStore.

You need to turn on both LocalIAPStore and the hack on from settings then try buying something but hit cancel on the popup.
