I get a blue screen sometimes also. But it's when the device is turning off and on. It doesn't restart when blue screen comes up. It just comes up.

You seem like you're being forced to mod Android, you shouldn't. I'm sure you like iOS modding more since you can add your magic touches with custome coded everything. Something which might lack on Android. And yes, if it will just take up space, then we won't be needing it. That's why mitosis had a good suggestion to give it a test run for a week.
