The mod was probably interfering with iGG. Uninstall both, reboot and then reinstall iGameGuardian from the above link.

When did you purchase iGG? Did you check for any "cracks" you may have installed?

Well, iGG cracks/mods were made for cracking iGG but since you purchased it, you don't need them. Did you also install iGameGuardian from here? http://iosgods.com/topic/3097-repoigameguardian-v7/

Do you have any hacks or mods installed for iGameGuardian? Check your Cydia Packages and your Flex tweaks.

Jailbreaking is safe. What you install after Jailbreaking might mess up your phone.
