Well, it's kind of easy. Use Flex and search for some stuff and if they don't appear, then it may be a sub_x or MSHook. Unity games tend to have a Data folder inside the Bundle and has a big binary.

Binary changes/Code inject. You always look for strings not the functions. Most probably, it will be a sub_x. To go to the strings, Click on View > Open Subviews > Strings.

You would remove them from /var/mobile/Documents/Cracked if Clutch. Or if Rasticrac, /var/root/Documents/Cracked. I was talking about your games.

Do you have big size applications?

Maybe you could reinstall some Cydia tweaks. For more information, go to Cydia > Scroll down to "Storage Information" > Storage.
