The other measure is Cydia Impactor IPA that requires a PC. It is out of our control, we cannot do anything against Apple and their revokes.

It's as safe as it always has been. The anti-ban works and prevents automatic bans and detections. However, they seem to be gathering data and reports and other information so they ban every suspect at the same time.
