Whichever hack you're using, it is being detected. You need to use the Anti-Ban proxy, and that is ViP only.

Yes, alternatively you can use the Proxy server on the other topic.

Do you have other (old) certificates installed? If yes, try removing them.

Not entirely sure, theoretically having both on should be better. But they might be detecting the iGMenu anti-ban?
