Can you show us a picture of your app icon? Your home screen? -
Chances are you cannot unban you account without contacting the developers. You can only unban your iDevice and start off on a new account. For that, check Apps Manager or CacheClearer from Cydia.

Likely a bug with the game itself. You can try booting into Safe mode to see if it's a tweak you have installed. Otherwise, contact the developers.

Are you bringing up the mod menu? This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap your screen with 3 fingers simultaneously. -
