    To anyone else having the same issue. Use Mobile Terminal to copy the files over if iFile fails. cp -r /var/mobile/Media/Books/lib /var

The video was made from a Jailbroken device with the Jailbroken hack. Unfortunately, that isn't possible on Non-Jailbroken as of now.
