Which part of the U.S? We have other USA members downloading and have not reported this issue.

Does it just straight up say it failed? Have you tried a VPN perhaps? Which part of the world do you live in?

How are you trying to install Bleach IPA? That is ViP only. It might be free in the iOSGods App, if I remember correctly.

However, it is something that we can look at in the future. Especially if the app gains a lot of foreign attraction.
