You would need the source code of the Tweak which you do not have therefore you cannot update.

FilzaJailed was made to work on iOS 11-11.1.2 that got you root access to your system without having to Jailbreak your device. FilzaEscaped I believe is the same thing, just different naming. If you're Jailbroken, the official Filza on BigBoss repo now works fine on Electra Jailbreak.

Unfortunately it's taking longer than expected. So I might update without Electra support again for now.

Just install it? Make sure you have PreferenceLoader installed too

Are you using iFile or Filza? Have you tried Apps Manager to clear the app's files? Usually helps unbanning.
