It is because of the latest BETA Substrate by Saurik. Some changes were made and now most hacks crash because of it. You can possible fix this by downgrading your Cydia Substrate. http://apt.saurik.com/beta/substrate11/ -

I think the easiest way to fix this is to just run Delectra and then Re-Jailbreak.
