To report issues, please specify your device and iOS version and which Jailbreak you're using. I've tested this on iPad Air 2 on iOS 9.3.3 & iPhone X on iOS 11.1.2 and it has worked fine.

Hack Features: - One Hit Kill -> Linked with enemies. Enable when it's your turn to attack and disable when it's enemies turn. - God Mode -> Linked with enemies. STEP 2: Copy the file over to your iDevice using any of the file managers mentioned above or skip this step if you're downloading from your iDevice. And you think SemiRestore11 lite would fix the issue? Have you seen Delectra?

I think you should set permissions to SemiRestore manually either via SSH or via WinSCP. And I don’t think you’re supposed to run that like that, using Filza. It’s likely a terminal command.
