Hello, As mentioned when downloading. v3.1 of the patcher requires iOS 10+ SDK.

Seems like you need to run the theos installed script from Jakeashacks again, this issue shouldn't be happening. Alternatively, you could try signing perl with jtool.

Added a Cydia Impactor IPA while we investigate the issue with Easy Install.

Seems like you need to uninstall then reinstall Cydia as some repo files seem messed up. Alternatively, try removing all your sources and adding them again.
