I'm unsure. I think the finalize is slightly bugged, so try on a new account first of all.

You would have to install the original app, get a loot box, then install the modded IPA to open the loot box so it becomes 10,000.

Yeah, I meant In-App purchases in general are disabled on sideloaded/modded IPAs. Apple doesn't allow that because of how they are installed I believe.

In-App Purchases do not work on modded IPAs.
