Hello, iOSGods’ Cheats do not change or inject anything into the file system apps (apart from being placed in DynamicLibraries). It only targets the installed app. So chances of a hack crashing you into Safe Mode are very minimal.

Those folders no longer exist on Electra1131. Even if they do, you do not need them. Please follow the topic. .deb hacks are just hacks, you need to have the app installed from the App Store yourself. Are you re-jailbreaking? Try visiting cydia:// in Safari.
