This hack is an In-Game Mod Menu (iGMM). In order to activate the Mod Menu, tap on the iOSGods button found inside the app. Alternatively, you can use 3 finger drag down after logging in to iOSGods.com.

Hey! The app will refuse to work on a Jailbroken device, as does Pokemon GO. Someone will come up with a bypass/workaround soon so just be patient.

It is due to the certificates being used. The apps signed with these certificates cannot be shared with the public.
