You need to compile DLG into the Jailed app you want. Otherwise use the DLGMemorInjected posted in iOSGods Tools section for Jailbroken.

Updated! Fixed 0 Workers Required To Upgrade. 0 Library Cost should be fixed too, though I was unable to test.
