Do you have any apps turned on in "Background Apps Refresh"? Have you tried a hard reboot (holding volume+power for 8 seconds)?

Oh, nice! You even used the posting template. I suggest you don't use SendSpace because if nobody downloads the file for 30 days, it will get removed from their server and you'll have to go through the trouble of re-uploading.

Yeah, evasion has been discontinued. A support topic has been posted on how to fix this on iOSGods but you're going to have to search to find it.

You're not CD'in in the right place then. You need to cd /var/xxxxx/tweak.nic/ /var/theos/bin/nicify.pl ./
