Yes, disable everything at first so we can find the cause. Then you can try re-enabling everything again one by one.

Do you have any mod or adblocker installed which may conflict with MovieBox? How about MovieBox in safe mode? Does it work then?

The password is case sensitive. Just copy paste it, don't change anything. You can also use a different browser other than Safari because Safari removes the password from the URL.
