You can't download and install Cydia from the web. If you can then it's probably fake or a web version of Cydia which does not have the features the real Cydia does. Two official sites for Jailbreak: pangu.io taig.com Any other site claiming to have a Jailbreak for iOS 8.1.3+ is probably fake. If it were real, it would be all over iOSGods.
