1. The FileBrowser on emu4ios is supposed to be an iFile for non-jailbroken but I've never tested it on non-jailbroken iPhones... 2. Even if somehow you got iFile on your non-jailbroken iDevice, you wouldn't be able to install .debs at all... You cannot do that without jailbreak. Your best bet would be to jailbreak your iPhone or wait until a Jailbreak comes out and also try and get FileBrowser working from emu4ios, maybe it might help.

Can you try connecting to your account while in Safe Mode? And when you reinstall the game, did you choose use local save?

Do you have PreferenceLoader installed from Cydia? Did the installation of the .deb finish with result code 0?

Which app is it? Try killing it using the Killall command.
