I had to semi-restore my iPad due to an issue with my App Store so I had to reinstall everything including MC5. I reinstalled Modern Combat 5 using the Apple ID which I used to buy it in the beginning and after opening the game and passing the tutorial, I could see the energy system from the main menu even though I used my Apple ID which had the app purchased. The game then prompted me if I wanted to restore my old save from the cloud and I said yes and then my veteran rank was back and the energy system was gone (thankfully). I think any new people who downloads the app from the app store now whether they have bought it or not since the beginning will get the energy system unless they have an account when they were as veteran (before the energy system came). I could be wrong so you should probably contact Gameloft support for a better answer regarding this. Tell them that you bought the game but still getting energy system.

You can do it on your iPad with iFile.

Is binary filter better? How come?

I'm not sure a Semi-Restore would fix that. It would infact make it worse by removing every tweak on your iDevice such as Apple File Conduit for example. Maybe you can make Cydia re-appear by either re-running the Jailbreak tool or installing the Cydia.deb manually using Cydia AutoInstall.

Javi is gone and he left us his files so we can update the hack but most of it was Javi morse code which only he could understand. Zahir & me have partially updated the hack so ViP users can use some of the features and we will be updating all the other features soon so please be patient. Give the new 1.3.1 deb a try and let us know if it works for you, if anything needs fixing, etc. I have included inside the patcher settings which features haven't been updated for the newest version.

Semi-Restore is awesome. Takes 5 minutes max. And it really helps (helped me with my issue)!

Hey! You can get answers really quickly on Skype but having multiple answers on the same question might be better, right? One person might know something x way, another might know the same thing but y way. What I'm trying to say with that is that support topics are suggested. But I'll PM you my Skype also and help you out as much as I can.

I guess you should uninstall most tweaks and re-install everything back again one by one. Or Semi-Restore?

Boot into Safe Mode and see if they still crash.
