Are you sure the cheat is the cause of this? Try removing Cydia Substrate completely and reinstall tweaks one by one.

You can just try replacing Foundation with let's say UIKit and see if it compiles.

I think that's why the error is being generated.

Do you need this Framework? tes_FRAMEWORKS = Foundation
