Is the USB damaged? Water? Deformed or something?

Try formatting it from start -> run -> diskmgmt.msc And delete the USB partition completely, create a new one etc. Don't touch your other Disks!!

GameGem has been the only Cheat Engine which works on the new iOS versions while iGG and Gameplayer don't. haha

So the hack is detected by the app which then auto-bans you?

Hmm have you checked if the app version is the same with the hack version? Maybe @ Might be able to help.
