Sounds like you need a restore. But before you do that, did you have openssh installed? Also, try hard rebooting your device.

Nothing can't of happened. What was going on when you got this?

Not necessarily but it's needed. You could have just asked the content of hosts file from someone else's iDevice so you could apply it on yours and it would have worked.

Still crashes? Can you install CrashReporter from Cydia? It might show you the suspects that may be causing the crash.

A few others are having this also. Not sure what could be the cause. Try searching the forum for other people's replies.

Best way to see them is by updating to iOS 9.1. Or wait for the Tweak to update or contact the author.

Download the IPA using iTunes and install and crack it on your device. Then try thinning it.

To activate windows 7, go on thepiratebay and search for 7loader or windows 7 loader. Daz activator. Something like that and use it.

If you can't put it into Safe Mode or SSH into your device then you're forced to restore.

Maybe you need to downgrade Cydia Substrate? :s

Try iCloud.com. See if you can find it there. If not, you can just report it as stolen to the police.
