You never stated being on iOS 9. Shou should work, it's been updated for iOS 9. iRec is from emu4ios.net And try Display Recorder from another repo.

Uninstall them one by one until you find the cause. Start off with the tweaks which affect the whole system.

There's apps on the AppStore for non-jailbroken. Haven't tested any though.

Try contacting the developers. It might be a bug.

Is a section specified in your deb's control file?

If you support Ryan Petrich then you buy Display Recorder. The bug might be because of the repo you're getting it from. You can always try alternatives such as Shou, AntRec, iRec, RecordMyScreen etc. which are free.

Lol ^^ There's tools on Windows and Mac to reboot your device. Like the one LayA suggested but there are others too.
