It's better now that we made a section for the accounts. Now people with 50< posts cannot get the accounts. Only users with 50+ posts can. This helps prevent leeching and the accounts from getting closed too quickly.

There's no need to restore in this case. First, try booting into safe mode by holding the volume up button while turning your device on. -
