The error is telling you that you don't have permissions to create a folder in that area. To fix this, type in terminal: sudo su <your password> And then run the commands again.

There's a difference between supporting iOS Version and devices. But you can give it a try. Try IPA Installer's forced install option on FIFA 16 on an old, unsupported device and if you're successful, make a tutorial for everyone else.
