I don't think it's crashing because of an "Anti-Jailbreak" detection. It's probably something else on your iDevice. Try the game while in Safe Mode and if it works there, you'll need to start uninstalling some tweaks. Also, highly suggested you install CrashReporter from Cydia to determine what's causing the crash.

1. You need Jailbreak to download and install them on iOS. 2. You can download them on your PC but you cannot install them on iOS without jailbreaking.

Is your Bundle filter correct? Try adding a popup to your tweak.xm to verify if the .deb is affecting the app.

Best suggestion is to not install anything on it. Or install ONLY the things you badly use.
