I haven't tried it, but since Bridge is made specifically for that. I believe they won't get deleted.

Bridge might help with that. Or add the music to your iTunes Playlist so they won't get deleted.

Hello, Thank you for making a proper support topic. I feel like pinning this. - Your issue is iOS 9. You are forced to download the app from iTunes since downloading from the App Store will only have one portion your device needs. In your case, the binary only has ARM64 so there is nothing to thin. Download the IPA using iTunes, install it on your device, crack it and run the binary in Binary Tools Online. But, I doubt the issue you're getting has to do with thinning the binary. It's worth a shot!

Bridge from Cydia?

Copy the music files you downloaded usinf SafariDownloader+ to your PC and add them to the playlist you made on iTunes. Then sync the playlist to your device so iTunes will recognise each song and sync back and forth.
