If automatically installing debs on Electra doesn't work for you, I think it means you Electra installation is broken so you will have to manually move the 2 files inside the deb (dylib and plist) into the /Library/TweakInject folder using Filza.

Then perhaps the deb is not installing properly for you. As once it installs and you login, you should immediately see the new icon inside the game that brings up the mods.
