1. I don't know the game you want to hack 2. It's not always playerdata.h, this was just an example 3. If you can't find something that looks useful the game was hacked with IDA

When you have the headers look for promising class files like PlayerData.h which can possibly have a function with currency, stats etc.. A tutorial how to hack a function can be found in Tutorials

But you can still install .deb files right? Place it in the AutoInstall folder with iTools, iFunbox, search if you don't know the folder's location. Then download the Cydia Impactor .deb and install it. Second way is o install openSSH and do a semi-restore

You can search for keywords when you want Gold: -gold -currency -premium currency -credits -money and even a more specific search because surely you only want the -(int)gold: - (int) gold - -(int)gold when you use -(int) instead of (int) you only get the results where -(int) is at the beginning of the method
