Which iOS? Which phone? it seems that Cydia is automatically trying to remove TaiG untether and if you are on 8.1.3-8.4 that's a bad thing. Do you have SSH or MTerminal installed? Or Filza? Additionally, it is Cydia itself which is stopping it because it will brick your device.
