Yes, imstall crash reporter and try replicating the issue. It gives a banner that says something like "xxxx has crashed and yyyyy is the main suspect". Alternatively, disable some new (or old) tweaks one by one and test what happens. Don't clean it. just disable it Go to the + > Cydia Substrate Addons > disable anything which isnt essential (essential marked as yellow or red which have other dependancies)

One specific app or multiple apps? One specific app can be due to jailbreak detection and you can use tsprotector or so. If multiple apps, (not new im guessing), try safe mode. If that one app is also not new, again try safe mode

When you hack with localiapstore, the game sends a request named "hackerDetected" There is also a file or something stored on the device side which detects you are hacking. It might be possible to hack this
