Are you on a certain budget?

Basically in need of something that kind of combines YouTube and the music app. There also certain features I need for this as well. What it needs: -Searching of YouTube videos -Save videos offline -Make playlists and be able to leave those playlists on repeat -Play audio in background I'd use it for music, but I don't want to buy the songs from iTunes, so this is the only thing I could think of doing. I know there's apps that cache videos, but in my experience, those always eventually went away, so you'd have to do that over again, which I don't want, if possible :b I'd search, but I'm typing a paper and I have little time, and making this topic would be faster
