That's a Theos related error, has nothing to do with your project. What SDK are you using? Have you renamed the folder/files from Darwin-arm to Darwin-arm64?

Breakpoints are used in GDB, not IDA. If you're trying to use watchpoints, it's much better to use LLDB from what I've heard
