  1. Sorry, refunds are not possible. and you cant cancel it.
  2. uninstall Creative cloud.. then try to reinstall it
  3. lol, my main pc runs windows 8 also .. but anyways Go to to the "start" menu and search for "run" click on it and then run " C:\Users\name of the user\AppData\Roaming" Ex: C:\Users\Patricktph\AppData\Roaming after that you should see a folder called "adobe" uninstall the photoshop programs and "Creative Cloud" then delete the "adobe" folder.

I was doing some research and i found this it's for keeping your data, applications, and operating system on the same partition can be risky because, if something happens to the partition's index file (the file that tells your computer where the various pieces of your data are located), your computer won't be able to boot up off that drive--and even if you boot up with a recovery disc or external drive, you won't be able to access the rest of your data.
