sometimes its the Documents folder that stores the hack, or the Library and sometimes both folders are required for the hack to work.. so you will need to test to see which folder makes the hack work then you can upload it in a .zip folder.

Hmm.. not sure how to help you, there's gave saves you can install for non-jailbroken devices, and there's also Hacks that requires a jailbreak but you said that you don't have a jailbreak.. you can use the search bar to find hacks for that game there's quite a few hacks for it.

i don't think you can install save games without a computer or a jailbreak, try to borrow one from someone.
