You can't jailbreak that version and you cannot downgrade it to any lower versions than 10.2.

@@Ivystorm No there's no jailbreak for IOS 9.3.4 or 9.3.5 and mostly the ones you are going to see on the internet are fakes and just scams, when there's an Official jailbreak we will Post it here.

you are doing this on your desktop screen not in bluestacks right ?

no, open the rar folder now and you should see he apk then double click to open it up and after you should be able to see the folders like "lib" etc
